Alexis @ Sparrow

Hello there! My name is Alexis, and I’ve been a hairstylist in Portland for a whopping 18 years! I grew up in Southeast Portland and have had the pleasure of living all over the city. I absolutely love creating a variety of hairstyles, from long romantic layers to a chic bob. When it comes to color, I’m a fan of all kinds, but my favorite to do are soft transitions of lived-in color. They just look so natural and beautiful!

When I’m not in the salon, you can find me engrossed in a true crime podcast or audiobook, anything by Karin Slaughter. I also enjoy working on house and yard projects with my husband, going to concerts, or planning our next adventure. Going to the movies has become one of my favorite rainy day activities. In the summer, you can count on me being out on my paddleboard, soaking up the sun like a lizard every chance I get.

I recently moved to Sparrow and I absolutely love it! All the ladies here are so talented and fun to be around, it feels like I’ve been working here forever. I’m so excited to meet you and share my passion for hairstyling with you!
